The selection process started at the end of 2021 by selecting developers and potential partners for this project.

Construction works started in July 2023.  The new facility was handed over in July 2024. Project consists of the two main parts – modification of existing 16.000 m2 to became energetically more efficient, as well as the second - construction of a brand new more than 20.000 m2 factory expansion. Part of the production facility has heat pumps, a photovoltaic power plant or solutions for sustainable treatment of rainwater.

The entire project is designed in accordance with the highest BREEAM New Construction standards with an Excellent rating goal for a modern and sustainable industrial buildings. BREEAM New Construction standards with an Excellent rating goal provide a framework to deliver high performing, and sustainable, newly built assets that support commercial success, whilst also creating positive environmental and social impact.
