SIGNIFICANT LOGISTIC TRANSACTION IN THE CROATIAN MARKET – LUČKO ZAGREB 100.000 m2

complexRE helped VGP acquire a prime plot of 100,000 m², ideal for the development of A-class production and logistic space and last-mile delivery.

This plot is located in one of the best Zagreb hotspots – area of Lučko.

The site in Lučko is situated just 10 km from the centre of the capital city of Zagreb and only 15 minutes by car from Zagreb Airport, and benefits from excellent connectivity at the junction of the E-70 and E- 65 motorways, facilitating easy access to major cities across Croatia and neighbouring countries.

complexRE worked with the local partner on this deal. The Lučko plot was originally owned by 20 different owners. Together with our partners we successfully and efficiently consolidated and united these small plots of land into one package for our client, VGP, which they have named VGP Park Zagreb.

VGP is the first international logistic/industrial developer to enter Croatia. We are proud that they have chosen complexRE as their trusted partner to enter Croatian market. VGP plans to build a 40,000 m² A-class warehouse.

Following this significant transaction, VGP has secured a tenant for the project and is advancing further by partnering with Croatian Verne to develop and produce autonomous vehicles at VGP Park Zagreb.

Partnership with Verne for Autonomous Vehicle Development

VGP and Verne have signed an agreement to lease 28,500 m² at VGP Park Zagreb for Verne’s new flagship urban autonomous mobility ecosystem project. After five years of preparation, Verne unveiled the unique autonomous vehicle design and the functionalities of the future mobility service.
